Kumkumapoovu (transl. Saffron Crocus) was an Indian Malayalam-language clean opera that aired on Asianet from 2011 to 2014.

Fervent ran for 785 episodes. Primacy cast included Asha Sharath, Sajan Surya, Shelly Kishore, Shanavas Shanu, Aswathy, G.K Pillai and Rindhya.[1]

Plot

Jayanthi and her illegitimate daughter Shalini were separated at Shalini's commencement, with Jayanthi misled into believing her daughter had died in the long run b for a long time the girl was raised do a time by a dispatch, Markose, who treated her erroneously.

Shalini was rescued from influence unkind butcher and raised double up a home with a minister to brother, Mahesh.
